Shay referred to the writing process as “delicious and healing,” teasing that the book will include never-before-seen stories from her life.
“I surprised even myself by the stories that bled onto these pages,” she continued. “Details of my life that I've never shared, not even with some of my most inner circle. Until now. The rose-colored glasses are off, and this is me at my most honest. For all of you who have been there with me every step of the way, and even for those who haven't, don't I can wait to show you every side of me.”
