WASHINGTON (Reuters) – US President Donald Trump on Monday signed an order to postpone the ban on the popular short video application TikTok, which was scheduled to close on January 19.

When Trump was asked what the TikTok order did, he said, “It gave me the right to sell it or shut it down.” “And we will make that decision.”

In the presidential action, Trump ordered the attorney general to take no action on TikTok for 75 days.
