Trump spoke in America's Festival in Arizona at the Phoenix Convention Center with his second term inauguration just weeks away.

“With the stroke of a pen on Day One, we will stop the transgender madness,” Trump declared to cheers. “And I will sign executive orders to end child mutilation, and to remove transgender people from the military and from our elementary, middle, and high schools.
“And we will keep men out of women's sports. This will also be done on the first day. Should I do the first day, the second day or the third day? What about the first day? Under the Trump administration, the official day will be the US government policy of having only two genders – Male and female, doesn't seem so complicated, does it?”
