Former US Ambassador to El Salvador Ronald Johnson was exploited President-elect Trump To serve as ambassador to Mexico in his next administration.
Like many of his picks, Trump announced the news on his social network Truth.

Johnson, a former CIA official and US Army Green Beret, will serve in one of the Trump administration's highest-level diplomatic positions.
