President-elect Trump He announced his latest picks to join the growing number of Cabinet options as his January 20 inauguration approaches.

In an announcement on Friday evening, Trump said that Bill Briggs will serve as the next deputy administrator of the US Small Business Administration. If confirmed, Briggs would serve alongside Trump's pick for SBA administrator. Kelly Loeffler.

The President-elect also announced the selection of Ed Russo as President Environmental Advisory Task Force.

“I am pleased to announce that Ed Russo, an environmental expert, will lead our Environmental Advisory Task Force, which will advise my administration on initiatives to create great jobs and protect our natural resources, by following my Clean Air and Clean Water Policy,” he said. “Together, we will achieve American energy dominance, rebuild our economy, and drill, drill, drill.”

Republicans will control the Senate with 53 seats, compared to 47 for Democrats once Senator-elect Jim Justice West Virginia's governor will be sworn in later in January, and Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine will appoint a senator to fill Vice President-elect Vance's seat.
