Week 3 of the Spring Slim Down Challenge We know it can be easy to stray a little from your goals, so here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and on track to achieve your goals!
1. Planning for the future
One of the best ways to stay on track with your workouts is to schedule them into your day. Write it down or add it to your calendar and block off time off until you feel like completing the workout every day.
2. Meal preparation
Take some time each week to Prepare a meal + Have healthy snacks on hand. This way, when you're in a pinch, you'll be prepared with nutritious options instead of resorting to unhealthy options in your pantry.
3. Mix up your workouts
Don't get stuck in a workout rut! Keep things interesting by mixing up your daily exercises. Try different types of exercises in our video library Transfer the application. There's everything from HIIT to yoga!
4. Find a workout buddy
Having a workout buddy can make staying on track with your daily workouts more fun and motivating. This could be a family member, a close friend, or an LSF babe! We also firmly believe that accountability groups play a key role in motivating you throughout the challenges we face. It's not too late to join one or create one!

5. Reward yourself
Don't forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Set small goals for yourself and reward yourself when you achieve them. Treat yourself to new workout clothes, a self-care day, or a fun activity you enjoy. These rewards can help keep you motivated and motivated to continue your journey.
