Tim Kennedy, former Green Beret ufc star, He revealed in a social media post late Friday that he was once a partner in a military reality TV competition with the suspect involved in the Las Vegas Cybertruck explosion.

In an Instagram post, Kennedy shared that more than a decade ago he was competing on the History Channel's “Ultimate Soldier Challenge” alongside Matthew Livelsberger, US Army Service Member from Colorado.

“13 years ago, I competed in a shooting competition on the History Channel called ‘The Ultimate Soldiers Challenge.’ My partner in this competition was Matt Borg (aka Matt Livelsperger). Last night when I saw old pictures of him on the news, I realized he was Same man.”

Kennedy said in the post that he was “astonished” to learn that Livelsperger was the driver of the car Tesla Cybertruck That exploded outside the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas on New Year's Day.

He continued: “He was a dedicated, hardworking, talented and competent Special Forces soldier. I am astounded and saddened to hear the news.” “None of this makes sense and I, like many others, are confused and want answers.”

Police said that Livelsberger, 37, was shot in the head, and police believe he shot himself before the car was blown up. He was identified by his tattoos, credit cards, and military ID found on him.

Livelsberger was a U.S. Army Special Operations soldier with several titles attached to him and was on leave from Germany, where he was serving with the 10th Special Forces Group.
