Graham Potter may be the favorite to take over at Premier League side West Ham, but the former Chelsea and Brighton manager has a new role in football.
Potter, 49, has been out of the game since leaving his position at Stamford Bridge in April 2023.

Potter became co-director of the Football Psychology Certificate course run by the Professional Footballers' Association.
The course helps students develop leadership skills and is a specialized course for coaches and managers.
“Education has helped me become a better person and a better player,” Potter said.
“It's very exciting that the PFA is doing this and providing opportunities for improvement, and I'm happy to support that. It's an investment in the present and the future. My degree has been the foundation for me in my management career.
Potter made his name as a coach with Swedish club Ostersund before coaching Swansea, Brighton and Chelsea.
