The first respondents say that fifteen people, including 14 women, were killed in an attack on a car on a car that transported agricultural workers in northern Syria.
15 other women were injured by the explosion on the outskirts of Manbij, east of Aleppo, according to the civil defense in Syria.
The agency, also known as white helmets, said that some of the wounded were in critical condition and warned that the death toll might rise.
There was no immediate claim from any armed groups.
This was the second murderous killer attack in the Manbij region in three days.
On Saturday, two children and a woman were among the four people who were killed by an explosion in a street in the city center.
