Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan have reportedly made inquiries regarding a loan deal for Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford.
The Athletic claims that both clubs have made contact with United to gain an understanding of the financial package it would take to keep Rashford away from Old Trafford.
United are believed to be willing to sell or loan Rashford this month in a bid to get the player, who is believed to earn more than £325,000 a week, off the wage bill.
The 27-year-old recently said he was “ready for a new challenge”, sparking suggestions that his time at United could be coming to an end.

The Sun also claimed he had held talks with Steeler Sports Agency – where they helped facilitate Gareth Bale's £86m move to Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspur in 2013 – in a bid to fast-track the move.
Rashford remains a tempting prospect for foreign clubs despite a largely miserable 18 months in which he has failed to replicate the form that saw him score 30 goals in all competitions in the 2022-23 season.
The player also made headlines for his reckless behavior off the field and was accused of not putting in the effort.
Dortmund have a model of bringing in players from United in the January window having signed winger Jadon Sancho on loan this time last year.
Sancho performed well in the Bundesliga, earning a move to Chelsea over the summer as a result.
