My ex-brother Princeton Tigers Football player Tiger Peck commented on his death on Wednesday after he was identified as one of the victims of the terrorist attack in New Orleans.
Jack Beck, a wide receiver who plays for TCU and was on LSU Tigers List, posted a heartfelt message to his brother on X.

“Love you always, brother! You inspire me every day, and now you can be with me every moment. You've got this family, don't worry. This is for us,” he wrote.
Tiger Peck was one of 15 people killed in the terrorist attack on Bourbon Street in the early hours of New Year's Day.
The New Orleans native played for Princeton from 2016-18 and was an All-Ivy League selection. During his three-year career, he caught 53 passes for 825 yards with three touchdowns.
He graduated from the university in 2021 and pursued a career in finance. He worked as a stock broker in New York City but returned home to Louisiana for the holidays.
Both Bechs played high school football at St. Thomas More.
“Tiger was one of a kind,” St. Thomas More Principal Marty Cannon said NOLA.com said. “I don't think I've ever seen someone who can do things on a football field that Tiger can do. I saw a lot of good things at St. Thomas and I saw a lot when I was playing college football.
“A tiger can do things that are inexplicable for that kind of body and that short stature, but all that strength.”
Trevor Paige, who played with Beck in high school, told the newspaper he saw the player on Monday and talked about the younger Beck.
“He was a great player and a great person. We all looked up to him. He was the main receiver in that room,” Biggie said, adding that he was a “humble guy.”
