(CSE: PKK) (OTCQB: PKKFF) (“Tenet” or the “Company”), an innovative analytics services provider, owner and operator of the Cubeler® Business Hub announced today that it has been notified that l’Autorité des Marchés financiers (“AMF”) ) Charges have been filed against the company's CEO, Johnson Joseph, as a result of an investigation begun in December 2021 into possible market manipulation of the company's securities from April 2020 to November. 2021.
If found guilty of the charges, Mr. Joseph may be fined and prohibited from serving as an officer and director of Tenet. Mr Joseph, who continues to have the support of the company's board, denies any wrongdoing and maintains that he has always acted fairly and in the best interests of the company and its shareholders. “I have hired a lawyer to deal with the charges against me and plan to fight them vigorously,” Mr. Joseph commented. He added: “I will make no further comment while the matter is before the courts other than to say that I look forward to the opportunity to provide my version of the alleged events and to help bring this matter to a resolution as quickly as possible.”
