However, the case is now over, with prosecutor Marina Shirakova stating in a letter (via El Nacional):
“There is insufficient evidence to continue the case… During the investigation, a person reasonably suspected of rape and two cases of sexual harassment were identified, but I consider that the evidence is not sufficient to continue the action and, therefore, the investigation is closed.”
