“I remember them telling us, 'Don't worry ladies.' “When you get down here, you'll get a lot of people asking you,” she remembers. “Guys my age aren't really on Instagram and social media. You're lucky if you get Facebook, you know what I mean. And they don't, but women do.”
While Susan remains single and ready to mingle, the hair and makeup artist — who was previously married to retired baseball player Dickie Knowles — still has a lot of hope for a second chance at love.
“I'm a believer in positivity attracts positivity and what you put out there will come back to you,” she declared. “If you're feeling negatively, dream about it. … It really works.”
