Amorim faced tougher teams during his seven-game tenure, and still managed to improve United defensively, despite having no pre-season to implement his ideas.
From an attacking point of view, Ten Hag contributed to creating better chances for Manchester United and also got more points per game.
The statistics suggest that things are getting worse at Old Trafford by some measures, however, there are plenty of circumstances surrounding these that skew the numbers in the old United manager's favour.
