Security personnel blocked investigators seeking to arrest ousted South Korean President Yoon Suk-yul on charges of possible rebellion, in a six-hour standoff last week.

“Park Jong-joon, head of the Presidential Security Service, is scheduled to appear at 10 a.m. on September 10 at the request of the police to conduct an investigation,” said Jin Seon-ho, the agency’s public information officer.
