People in Syracuse, New York, faced high winds to plow driveways through snow, while wintry conditions were also seen in Lovell, to the north.
The North Platte area in the Midwestern state of Nebraska was also hit by snow and ice.
The National Weather Service issued an advisory warning for the area that travel conditions will deteriorate due to ice and snow on roads.
