The 2024 sports calendar is almost done, so it's time to see what you can remember from the past 12 months in this year's big Sky Sports quiz!

Manchester City continued their dominance of the Premier League and Real Madrid extended their record as the most successful team in Champions League history, while Gareth Southgate's reign with England ended with another failure in the Euro 2024 final.
