Fox News Channel hosts Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt They have officially taken their relationship to the next level.
Hannity proposed to Earhardt over Christmas at their home church, cementing their long-term commitment to each other. The newly engaged couple have received blessings and support from their children, who “couldn't be happier,” according to the couple.
“We are thrilled and grateful to our families for all their love and support during this amazing time in our lives,” Hannity and Earhardt said.
Earhardt and Hannity originally bonded over their deep faith, and the two put God first in their relationship, making the proposal at their church “the perfect place” to pop the question, according to the couple. They met their minister after the engagement.
While the two prefer to keep their private lives out of the spotlight, they have managed to make their long-distance relationship work with weekend trips between New York, where Earhardt resides, and Florida, where Hannity resides. With mutual respect for each other's craft, both Hannity and Earhardt have long-term deals to stay on. Fox News MediaEarhardt will continue to co-host “FOX & Friends” from New York, while the prime-time star will continue to host her eponymous show, “Hannity,” from Florida.
Both Earhardt and Hannity were previously married and “remain on good terms” with the former spouses and “everyone is supportive of each other,” according to the couple.
“We actually informed them that this was happening ahead of time,” they said.
Earhardt and her ex-husband have an amicable relationship co-parenting their daughter, which “runs smoothly.”
Hannity has been the top-rated program in his time slot for the past 15 years and is the longest-tenured cable news anchor in history. He was one of the original Fox News panellists, joining the network when it launched in 1996, and previously co-hosted “Hanity & Colmes.” In addition to his prime-time show, Hannity also reaches millions through his hit radio show, which is syndicated to 750 stations across the country.

Hannity recently added a new FOX Nation show called “Sean” to his portfolio, which features feature-length interviews and debuted earlier this month featuring a sit-down with the famous Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone. He also recently served as host of FOX Nation's fifth annual “Patriot Awards,” honoring everyday heroes for their service and patriotism.
Earhardt joined the network in 2007 and has served as co-host of “FOX & Friends” since 2016. The popular 3-hour morning show has held the No. 1 spot for more than 20 consecutive years. The author of four New York Times bestsellers, including three #1 children's books, Earhardt also hosts the Ainsley Bible Study on Fox Nation. Earlier this year, she received an honorary degree of Doctor of Humane Letters from the University of South Carolina for her professional achievements in broadcast news and as an author.
