Jadon Sancho says everyone at Chelsea is buying into Enzo Maresca's methods, as the Blues continue to impress under the Italian.
The England winger, on loan from Manchester United, has scored in his last two matches for the west London side who currently sit second in the Premier League.
Sancho appears to be returning to the player who saw him rise to prominence at Borussia Dortmund after a difficult spell following his move to United in 2021.
The 24-year-old said he immediately joined Maresca's philosophy after completing the loan switch in August.
In an interview with Sky Sports“He is a very good coach and understands the players but he is very hard on you if you don't do the right things,” Sancho said. “I feel every player is convinced by the way he works and is eager to learn.
“My first conversation with him I had a good feeling, a good impression so I wanted to play under him.
“It was like when I walked into the room I felt his aura, especially when he talks to you because he's played the game so he's got a lot of experience. He can teach all the players something, so I feel like he was good.”

Sancho has had to wait patiently for his chance in west London as the Blues have a wealth of quality in attack, with the trickster competing with the likes of Pedro Neto, Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer and Joao Felix for a starting place.
But he made the most of it when given the opportunity in recent weeks, scoring from the bench against Southampton before scoring from the start in a 4-3 win over rivals Tottenham.
“I practiced shooting,” Sancho said. “I like to give my friends glory in front of the camera, so I try to help them as much as I can, but in training they saw that I have a great shot, and I know I can shoot.
“I've just trained for it and I'm happy I scored the goal against Tottenham.
“I'm just focusing on each match individually and I hope I can maintain this moment. I'm very happy, I'm working hard for the team, and the main goal is to get the three points every week.
