The Trump administration is renewing the agency's sites to get rid of the climate change content, amid a large -scale reinforcement of federal administrations of the content that is not in line with the president Donald Trump agenda.
Since he took office two weeks ago, Trump ordered federal administrations to remove specific content from its websites, including signs Diversity, fairness and inclusion (Dei) and “Ideology of Sex”.
Fox News Digital review found that climate change pages on both forest service and US Agriculture sites (USDA) seem currently not working. Upon accessing, the pages are empty with the statement only, “You are not approved to reach this page.”
Failure comes after reporting that the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) ordered officials to review signs to climate change on their websites.
In addition, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not include climate change on the projection bar in its “environmental topics”. The climate is still referred to and climate change on some parts of the site, but it is linked or mentioned on the home page.
Cleaning comes after the Trump administration has a short stop on most federal government sites on Friday evening in an attempt to eliminate Dei, Fox News Digital I mentioned earlier.
This step reflects a restoration similar to government sites during the first period of Trump, as it also removed references to climate change or the effects of climate change from several pages of federal administrations via the Internet.
