Cristiano Ronaldo took full advantage of the Saudi Professional League winter break by taking his family away for a holiday in Lapland.
At 39 years old, the Portuguese icon continues to defy expectations, scoring 16 goals in 19 matches this season for Al Nassr.
However, despite their excellent form, Al-Nassr struggled as a team under former Milan coach Stefano Pioli.
The club currently occupies fourth place in the Premier League standings, 11 points behind league leader Al-Ittihad.
With La Liga suspended mid-season, and matches not resuming until January 9, Ronaldo took the opportunity to enjoy some time with his partner Georgina Rodriguez and their children.
The family chose to take a magical trip to Lapland, the northernmost region of Finland, known for its picturesque northern lights, winter resorts and reputation as the official home of Santa Claus.

Ronaldo has shared glimpses of the holiday on social media, including a striking photo of himself standing in the snow wearing only shorts.
“Merry Christmas everyone,” he commented on the post, beaming with holiday cheer.
During their time in Lapland, the family explored various activities, including visiting Santa Claus and riding snowmobiles.
However, Ronaldo has stayed away from skating, as most footballers are typically prohibited from participating in high-risk sports due to injury concerns stipulated in their contracts.
Instead, Rodriguez and the kids tried their hand at sledding while Ronaldo enjoyed other aspects of the winter wonderland.
The trip represented a stark contrast to their lives in Riyadh, where December temperatures reach around 17 degrees Celsius.
However, in Lapland, the temperature can drop to -30 during the winter months, creating a completely different experience for the family.
Ronaldo will soon return to the field when he faces Al-Nasr Al-Akhdood in the Premier League on January 9.
