Since officially retiring from the NFL in June 2022, Rob Gronkowski He's still trying to figure out what work-life balance looks like in a post-football world.
Gronkowski, 35, now a Fox Sports analyst after 11 seasons with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, remains remarkably busy — which makes updating his calendar a very difficult task.

“I love my days off,” Gronkowski said. “I make sure I take two days off — at least five to seven days a month — because I like to stay in the routine of working and taking care of myself, too.”
As for his ideal way to spend a day off, Gronkowski said it all boils down to simplicity.
“I work out, I go for a run, I walk my dog, I hang out with my girlfriend, all that good stuff,” Gronkowski explained.

Gronkowski's television duties are currently kicking into high gear with the NFL playoffs in full swing, which will include a trip to New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX in February.
