Ryan Garcia posted a trolled photo on X of himself holding a child who looks like Devin Haney. Garcia said his “son” asked Santa to teach him how to keep his “right hand up.” The image looks like it was generated by artificial intelligence, but the resemblance to Hani is very close.
Hani and Garcia have been feuding since last April. Devin is still bitter about his loss, while Ryan is not happy with how the New York State Athletic Commission denied him his win after he tested positive for a banned substance.
Fuel the hostility on
This is Ryan's way of taunting Haney (31-0, 15 KO), who failed to keep his right hand up to block his powerful left hook, which he used to drop him three times in their fight on April 20.
Garcia (24-1, 20 KO) couldn't miss his left hook and made Devin look distracted and unable to stop that weapon. Devin lost the fight by a 12-round decision and has not been seen in the ring since. This defeat sidelined Haney's career, and it remains to be seen whether or not he can make a comeback.
Bill Haney has been angry nonstop since Devin lost to Garcia, and he's been talking bitter trash all this time. Devin was mostly in the background, training and keeping a low profile as usual.
He seems to have moved past a certain stage and is preparing for what comes next when he returns to the ring in 2025. If this is Garcia, he will be ready, but he may not be. Bell could be helpful if he reconciles with Ryan, drops his lawsuit, focuses on the greater good, and sets up a rematch for Devin.

I understand that some of you guys are a hero, but if you think he did a good job in this sport, go ahead and believe in Santa Claus.
Sit by the chimney and wait because he won't come either.
