While asking why the contestant would send a direct message, Rachel said: “If you're going to send a message like that, which is also kind of an apology in a way, say it with your full chest.”
“Yo,” he begins. What's up Rachel, very random, I know. I was literally thinking about the time I spent at Bach's house and all the regrets I had about not getting things done. I definitely had to reach out to him because it's something I've had in mind, something I've thought about for a couple of years. “What could have been and what fun things could have been,” she read. “So I'm just reaching out to see if you'd like to relax, have a drink or two, and get active.”
Rachel explained that she thinks the contestant is thinking about how they are “completely missing out on the experience of the show.”
“I thought to myself, ‘You didn’t even give me a chance, so I’m not going to give you a chance now,’” she said. “But you know, we could have been something.”
Rachel explained that her former suitor, who follows her on Instagram, “chose to go home” during the second week even though she “wanted him there.”
“I feel bad reading it, but you get me,” Rachel told Kohost. The former Bachelorette Trista Sutter. “This is crazy.”
While recalling her time with Gabby, 33, Rachel explained that the contestants were split between the two women.
“The boys, from what I gathered, didn't know that just because you didn't get a rose from one, you didn't get it from the other,” Rachel said. “So, one guy said, ‘No,’ to my rose because he thought he could get Gabby’s rose, which was fair, and then she broke down.”
Rachel described this rose ceremony as “the most humiliating night” of her life. “Your self-confidence is really like, ‘Do these people like me?’ She said, ‘I’m so nervous, doing this for the first time.’ “For people to say, ‘I’d rather go home than even date you,’ was terrible.”
In Rachel's view, men “really want power.” She added: “They're so used to being the chaser, and when it's in our hands, I feel like it takes their masculinity away. When they feel like, 'Oh, I'm not your first contestant, I'm just leaving because I don't want you to reject me.'”
Rachel ended up in the end Accept the proposal from Tino Franco In season 19 of the ABC series, but the duo Call it quits When it was revealed that he kissed another woman during a difficult period in their relationship.
