President Biden's confusion has spread across social media after another embarrassing mistake while singing “Happy Birthday” to a White House guest.
During a ceremony marking the signing of the Social Security Fairness Act on Sunday, Biden attempted to sing “Happy Birthday” to 17-year-old Eliseo Jimenez. Jimenez became nationally known after he marched from Lubbock, Texas, to Washington, D.C., to spread awareness about the limits of Social Security.
“Elessio is right around the corner from getting Social Security,” Biden joked before announcing that Gimenez's birthday would be the next day.
Less than a minute later, Biden appeared to either forget his full name or how to pronounce it correctly as he led the crowd in singing “Happy Birthday,” muttering instead as the crowd sang “…dear Eliseo.” The mumbling was so clear that Jimenez reacted and laughed as if it were a joke.

Footage of this latest incident went viral, with many of Biden's critics making jokes at his expense and celebrating the impending end of his presidency.
Comedian Tim Young said: “Biden brought a man on stage to sing happy birthday to him. The problem is that he either doesn’t know his name or has forgotten it… and is muttering nonsense instead.” “Just 15 more days of this…”
“I'm in the 20th century,” Biden quipped.
Kyle Lamb, an economic analyst and former DeSantis staffer, joked that Biden's performance was like “me when I'm in the car and after the chorus, the second verse starts and I'm trying to confidently assert to myself that I know the lyrics.”
Stephen L. Miller, contributing editor at The Spectator, offered a similar comparison, noting that Biden's performance was like, “I'm like, 'I'm every time the restaurant starts singing to the stupid kid.'”
