“There was only one team on the field trying to win the game until we conceded the first goal we gave them.
“We controlled the game and hit the crossbar. We had shown quality up until then, but we have to maintain standards throughout the game.
He added: “Another ball from Raul Jimenez hit the crossbar, and even with the mistakes we made in the first half, the result could have been completely different if we had been decisive.”
He added: “In the second half, we knew we had to start strong and score early in order to come back and get the result. We did that and then gave them another goal away from home. We did everything much more than West Ham.”
