Tottenham coach Ange Postecoglou says he can finally see the end of the crisis of his team when the main players begin to return.

Christian Romero was seen in training on Thursday, and Rodrigo Bentancourt returned against Hoffenheim in the European League after he got out of concussion.

Mickey Van de Vin is expected to return next week, while Destiny Udogie and Guglielmo Vicario should be available in early February.

Tottenham has been returning to Barebones in recent weeks, with only 14 senior players available for their match Thursday evening.

Although there is another big blow with the loss of Dominic Solank, Busquoglu remains positive that he can restore his players and make some additions before closing the transport window.

Speaking before Saddam on Sunday with Leicester, he said: “We must have a light at the end of the tunnel within two weeks, it is not a terrible but at the same time, there is always a possibility before these men returned to two of these men (current players in form) .

“This is always the challenge, this is what we are going through.

“Two months of hard grinding for players have passed, just trying to support them as possible. Our schedule will not be eased at all.

“The flexibility and design of the players on the exit and performance is great for me, it cannot be more proud of them.

“We will benefit from the growth of our young players, but we have to be careful with them, we cannot ask children at the age of 18 years to continue dipping and exit.

“I thought Archie (Gray) outside the position was great, Lucas (Bergval) worked his socks at the time and Mickey (Moore) got help.

“So there is no doubt that we will benefit from these players for many years to come, they have had a difficult start for their professions. I think it's very positive.”

He added: “All these things are known, nothing has changed in the past 24 hours.

“We have likened to DOM a few days ago, I held a press conference in the meantime, so all these things are known.”
