Business tycoon Elon Musk UK Reform Party leader Nigel Farage “doesn’t have what it takes” and should be replaced, he asserted in a post on X.
“The Reform Party needs a new leader,” Musk announced in a tweet. “Farage doesn’t have what it takes.”

He said in a tweet on Twitter: “Well, this is a surprise! Elon is a special person, but I'm afraid I don't agree with that opinion. My view remains that Tommy Robinson is not fit for reform and I never give up on my principles.”
Musk has been speaking out in support of Robinson, who is currently in prison.
But Farage indicated that he did not want Robinson to join the UK Reform Party.

Farage said Robinson was not in prison “for exposing grooming gangs” but for “contempt of court”.
“I know he is in prison for contempt of court, but there is no justification for such a long prison sentence or solitary confinement!” Musk wrote in a post on X.
Reports indicate that Robinson's real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon.

Musk, who strongly supported the president-elect Donald Trump During the 2024 US presidential race, he claimed that if Trump did not win the election, “civilization will be lost.”
