Canadian actress and model Dale Haddon has died. She was 76 years old.
Haddon's cause of death was suspected carbon monoxide poisoning, the Solebury Township Police Department in Pennsylvania confirmed with Fox News Digital.
The cause of the leak appears to be from a water heater or boiler, which police describe as a “tragic accident.”
