Warrington Wolfs will rename their stadium in honor of the champion of global arrows Luke Litler in the opening match at home for the new league season.
Litler, Wolves Lifelong, became the youngest winner in the World Championships when he won at Alexandra Palace in January, a few weeks before his eighteenth birthday.
Warrington, who missed a narrow place in the big final for last year, renamed Halliol Jones as “Luke Litler Stadium” for his match with Catalanz Dragons on Friday, February 21.

Littler will be an honorary guest at night and lead the team, as well as the World Championship Cup around the stadium in the first half.
Litler said: “It is a dream that has become the fact that the club that I admired since I was young decided to name the stadium after me a night!
“It is an absolute honor and I cannot thank the club enough.”

“The achievements of Locke on the world stage were not less than incredible, and we are very proud to celebrate his success in this return to the homeland,” said Warrington CEO and Wolvis Karl Fitzpatrick.
“He is a real fans of Warrington, and therefore the rename of our stadium in his honor for our home match is an appropriate honor.”
The Premier League season begins on Thursday, February 13, with the Wigan Worer's heroes hosting the defense of Leopards Leopards, while Warrington begins his campaign away to Huddersfield giants on Sunday, February 16th.
