Los Angeles residents woke up Wednesday to the effects of various fires still burning throughout the city. At least two people were killed, and dozens were injured.
A video shows one resident watching her home burn, likening her neighborhood to driving through a “war zone.”
Los Angeles Fire Chief Christine Crowley says the four ongoing fires — Palisades, Eaton, Hurst and Woodley — are 0% contained and responders are “stretching” their limits. Officials say the Palisades Fire, which broke out Tuesday morning, has burned more than 1,000 structures.
