Liverpool's owners, Fenway Sports Group, have no interest in selling the Merseyside club to Elon Musk amid the Tesla owner's interest in the Reds.

The tech billionaire's father dropped a bombshell this week in an interview with Radio Times in which he stated that Musk has an interest in taking over Liverpool – after… He previously stated that he was buying Manchester United.

“Has he expressed interest in buying Liverpool Football Club?” A reporter asked Errol Musk via Daily Mail.

“I can't comment on that. They're going to raise the price,” Musk's father said. “He'd like to get a yes, obviously. Anyone wants it – so do I.
