In her video, Arnold talked about the timing of when she underwent surgery. Although she originally wanted to wait until she and her husband, Sam Cusick, finished having children, Arnold later changed her mind.
“Naturally, many of you are wondering if this means we're done having babies,” Arnold said. “We're not done having kids. I feel like my plans and schedule have changed a little bit.
Arnold and Kosik, who have been together since high school, have daughters Sage, 4, and June, 15 months.
Arnold said Friday that she didn't feel like this was the right time for her and her husband to try for a third child, which would allow time for a breast augmentation and lift.
“I decided I didn't want to wait,” she explained. “Obviously (I) know there are opportunities where I might need to get a boost later in life or something, but I don't want to wait anymore. … We're just pausing (family planning) for a little while longer.

Arnold also consulted a plastic surgeon about the procedure, noting that she was keen to undergo an enlargement procedure after it seemed that her breasts had “emptied” since having children.
“The skin is there, it has nothing in it,” she admitted. “I really want to, kind of, fill out the size I already have and create the fullness and volume so it stays that way when I'm not wearing a bra.”
