He is scheduled to face Kevin Owens Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship in the main event on Saturday night. But before the special, Owens confirmed that he wanted to face WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Steamboat, who last appeared on company programming 2,118 days ago.

I wasn't in a match with him, but I wasn't in a match with him, but I was in a match with him,” Owens said. “He was a referee for one of my matches about 15 years ago, and just being around him for a little while was absolutely fantastic.”
Ricky Steamboat is one of the greatest wrestlers in history. He appeared regularly in the Saturday Night Main Event in the 1980s. Steamboat last appeared on WWE television on February 25, 2019, on an episode of RAW during Ric Flair's 70th birthday celebration. Meanwhile, the legend's final match took place on November 27, 2022 at BTW Return of the Dragon.
