Cathy Hilton It is being open about what it takes to have a successful marriage.
The 65-year-old designer and actress recently celebrated 45 years of marriage to her husband, businessman Rick Hilton, and shared the secret of her long marriage.
“You have to maintain a little bit of mystery,” she told Fox News Digital. DirecTV Hosting Celebrates “Christmas at Kathy's” Event.. This annual event is held at Kathy's home and supports Ronald McDonald House Charities. Guests are encouraged to donate unwrapped gifts to benefit families living in Ronald McDonald Houses across the country.
Kathy and Rick first met when they were teenagers and married in November 1979. Since getting married, the couple has welcomed four children together – Paris, Nikki, Barron and Conrad.

She gave more details about her marriage on Tuesday night's episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills“, in which she has been appearing since its eleventh season in May 2011. When her sister Kyle Richards asked her if she and Rick had ever texted each other with explicit photos, Kathy surprised everyone with her answer.
“We have a couple in the vault at the bank,” Kathy said, adding that she and Rick had never sent each other nude photos via text. “Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, they have these beds with the big mirror. Seriously, it's so sexy.”

In her confessional, Richards responded to the news, asking: “Who puts their naked pictures in a bank vault?” She added that she was “imagining Cathy naked, wearing fuzzy stockings and a hat.”
This isn't the first time Kathy has given fans an inside look into her marriage, as she told Page Six in January that she and Rick make sure to have dinner together at the Cheesecake Factory once a week.

“It's local, it's there, it's fresh and it's busy all the time,” she explained. “In reality, you walk in there and there are people. We love that. We don't want to sit in a restaurant without someone in the room.”
