He won the popular vote, carried all the swing states, and received an undeniable mandate to restore American power and prosperity.
Republicans were also given control of both chambers of Congress to help President Trump implement his America First agenda starting on day one. The critical failures of President Joe BidenVice President Kamala Harris, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi should be contacted immediately.
The American people cannot wait for relief when their lives and livelihoods are at stake. As Congressional Republican leadership, we have developed a bold plan to remove any roadblocks and provide a smooth path for President Trump's reforms and policy agenda. He will use his executive authority to quickly sort out many of the crises left behind by the Biden administration, but President Trump's legacy and transformative change must be strengthened by Congress.

Over the course of the campaign, we explained how our principles and ideas could help President Trump change the course of the country.
To implement that vision, we must remain united. Although popular Election promises of President-elect TrumpDemocrats in Congress will do everything they can to stop us. Every major decision will require near-unanimity from House Republicans. We have neither the time nor the votes to spare.
President Trump's return to D.C. in 2025 will be very different from his first arrival in 2017, and the landscape is very different now than it was eight years ago.

Republicans in Congress have campaigned on President Trump's America First agenda. His Cabinet picks and transition process are supported by the public, world leaders and even former political opponents are receptive to his return to office, and House leaders have been working for months with President Trump's team to make it happen. Making sure we're on the same page on the policy prescriptions needed to pull America back from the brink.
Consider the budget reconciliation process as a guide. In 2017, Republicans in Congress had significant differences over the size and scope of the legislation. Failure to plan properly limited the President's ability to implement his agenda. This time, we have set an agenda full of ideas that are already supported by a majority of Americans across the country. The only thing that can stand in the way of legislative success is Congress itself.
Through reconciliation, we will work to ensure that President Trump has every available resource to reverse the crisis The deadly boom of illegal aliens Which invaded our nation and wreaked havoc in our societies. We will prevent the largest tax increase in US history. We will revive the economy and reduce inflation caused by Bidenomics. We will restore American energy dominance and dismantle the destructive Green New Deal. We will reduce the size and scope of government and make it more efficient and accountable again.
There is good reason for the palpable excitement and sense of renewed hope in the country. The American people are ready to stop losing and start winning again, and now is the time.

It's a new day in our country, and we've laid the groundwork in Congress for President Trump's powerful return. No one expects our transformational agenda to be easy, but nothing is ever worth it.
