Jennifer Aniston She has a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to maintaining her looks while balancing the “80/20” lifestyle.
During an interview with Allure, Aniston, 55, explained that she knows how to have fun while prioritizing a healthy life.
“That's a nice way to go. A nice martini is always a nice way to relax. You get to live your life. No restrictions — except hard drugs. It's an 80/20 approach,” she said.
“Eighty percent of healthy living and then 20 percent is drinking martinis and eating pizza and burgers and staying up late with your friends. There's a balance.”
Aniston was asked if her number “20” looked like this – pizza, burgers and martinis.
“Yes, pretty much,” the actress replied. “We're good at enjoying ourselves – Me and my friends. “We've been doing this for 30 or 35 years.”

During an interview with People magazine, Aniston explained that before any morning exercise, she starts her morning with a specific drink.
“I drink Colostrum ARMRA first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and the squeeze of a whole lemon in it,” she said.
Aniston also admitted that when it comes to working out, she doesn't believe in “no pain, no gain.”
“That's not true at all. You can actually make gains without pain,” she said.
Aniston's biggest piece of advice when it comes to working out is to find an exercise that you actually enjoy.

“All you can do is the best you can. I meditate in the morning. I stretch before bed. I've been really trying to work on my sleep hygiene, and I hate those words,” Aniston said.
“I can't stand 'sleep hygiene'.” I've been trying hard to put myself to bed during the week at 10pm, turn everything off and then just sit there and let the world fall apart.
“I've been trying to take on this challenge myself. Some days you're cool and direct, and some days you're not. I'm a big believer in trying not to be so hard on yourself because the world is so mean right now, and it's so aggressive and negative, so why do we do that to ourselves?”

Aniston explained that she has a “very difficult relationship” when it comes to sleep.
“I really want to love her, and I'm sure she wants to love me, but we've been through hard times, especially in the last 10 or 15 years,” Aniston explained. “It's hard to stop thinking, and it's hard to ask the committee to stop talking. I've had to turn off the news. I've had to set boundaries for myself regarding information. Do you know what I mean?”
