Fox was out celebrating his 57th birthday on Saturday, December 14. The statement continued: “BHPD conducted a preliminary investigation and completed a report documenting the battery. No arrests were made.”
The incident is the latest in Foxx's recent health issues, which he addressed in his latest Netdli post.
