One Jacksonville Jaguars fan took a page from the New York Giants Rules of the game played by fans on Sunday and delivered a letter to team owner Shad Khan before their game against the Tennessee Titans.

The message that flew on a plane over Everbank Stadium did not provoke coach Doug Pederson, but instead targeted general manager Trent Baalke.

Baalke took over as Jaguars general manager in 2021. He spent six years as general manager of the San Francisco 49ers and another year as vice president of player personnel.

He was responsible for hiring and firing Urban Meyer in 2021. But the team made the playoffs in 2022 in Pederson's first year as head coach. They were 9-8 that season and 9-8 in 2023 as well.

It is unclear what changes, if any, will come to the Jaguars organization for next season. Multiple reports have indicated that Baalke may not be in the front office.
