West Ham United are considering signing former Chelsea playmaker Hakim Ziyech in January, according to reports.
Ziyech joined Chelsea from Ajax in the summer of 2020 but has failed to recreate his impressive form in Amsterdam, scoring just 14 goals and providing 13 assists in 107 appearances for the Blues – despite winning the Champions League.
The Moroccan international spent last season on loan at Galatasaray, scoring eight goals and four assists in 23 matches in all competitions, winning the Turkish Super League title.
Ziyech signed permanently for Galatasaray this summer but that proved to be a disastrous decision.
The 31-year-old is yet to score this season, providing just one assist in 11 appearances.
Furthermore, he had already expressed his desire to leave the club in January, targeting manager Okan Boruc.
