We've compiled a list of 10 things to do before We start on July 8th So you can feel prepared and get all the tips to succeed this summer!
To-do list before summer:
1. Bikini Detox Meal Plan
On July 7th, the day before SSU, join us in doing a Bikini Body Detox, to detox your body and get ready to achieve your fitness goals! You will get this plan for free when you sign up here.
2. Meal preparation
One of the keys to success during the challenge is meal prep. Take some time to plan your meals for the week, so you can stay on track to meet your nutritional goals.
This makes it much easier to eat healthy during the week so you're not scrambling and grabbing unhealthy meals and snacks.
3. Take your before photos
Taking your past photos is key to tracking your progress + being eligible for the grand prize!
Upload your SSU 2024 tag (in the SSU directory) so we can verify it's a real “before” photo of this challenge!
What to do:

Front, side and back

Clean background (such as a wall or door)

Wear the same outfit before and after!
What not to:
- Dark and shaded lighting
- Loose clothing

6. Set clear goals
Determine your goals for SSU. Whether it's losing weight, building muscle, or improving endurance, setting clear goals will help you stay focused and motivated.
7. Take notes to track progress
Record your weight and measurements before starting SSU. This will be key to tracking your progress + celebrating your accomplishments at the end of Summer Shape Up.
8. Join an accountability group
We firmly believe that accountability groups are a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout your fitness journey. 9. Schedule exercise time
Allocate time in your calendar or planner for your workouts. Make it a priority by scheduling it in advance and treating it like any other important appointment!
10. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
Don't forget to drink plenty of water throughout the challenge. Staying hydrated is essential for overall health, energy levels, and post-workout recovery. You can also make drinking water more enjoyable by adding a scoop of it Wing woman or Natural beauty😉
