Finn Balor has been one of the biggest stars in WWE for nearly a decade. One wrestling legend believes he could have been so much more if the company had given him the right character.
WWE and ECW legend Sabu was one of the most unique wrestlers of his day. Daredevil put on some of the craziest and most extreme matches in the ring to entertain the fans.
Sabo He was named a member of the WWE roster which was toned down by the creative team while speaking to him Covalent. He pointed out that Finn had a lot of potential, but the company did not give him the platform needed to do his best and prove himself.
“Finn Balor, but they programmed him to be one of them. Nothing against that. Nothing personal. But he's not himself,” Sabo said.
He added that it was clear that the star had all the potential. However, WWE did not use him to his full extent and kept him watered down.
The legend added: “I could see when things weren't going well, it didn't bother him. It's the same for me. When things weren't going well, it was my best.” (H/T Wrestling Company)

Sabu had hoped to fight WWE superstar Finn Balor one day
Many big names would love to have a match against Sabu in their career. Meanwhile, the legendary star wanted to have a match against Judgment Day member.
Sabu noted that he watched Balor wrestle in Scotland. He liked the way Balor fought in the ring and wanted to face him, but injuries prevented him.
“I love Finn Balor. I saw him wrestle in Ireland, no… in Scotland a few times, and it wasn't long before he became Finn Balor. I always wanted to wrestle with him, and then he became (Finn) Balor. I really like him (D) “I said, 'Man, one day, (let's) get together,'” he said. “But it never happened because I got hurt,” Sabu said.
Many WWE fans are hoping to see The Prince get a push on the main roster and possibly get another world title shot. However, he failed to win the singles title for a long time in the company.
