As the Los Angeles area continues to grapple with wildfires, here are some restaurants — both local and national chains — that are offering free meals to firefighters and other first responders.

Belize pizza
Nine Blaze Pizza locations in Southern California are offering first responders a Free 11 inch pizza (simple or single) until Sunday, January 12, the chain said in an Instagram post on January 10.
“We hope everyone stays safe,” Blaze Pizza said.
Fat Sal Daily
The California-based sandwich shop is offering a free meal to first responders at several of its locations, the restaurant said in an Instagram post on Jan. 9.
“To our incredibly brave first responders – when you have a moment, enjoy a free meal at our locations in Hollywood, Westwood, Encino, Venice and Culver City,” the post read.
In-N-Out Burger
Select locations in Southern California are offering free meals to firefighters. In addition, the company has deployed its “cooking trucks” near restaurant locations near fires.

“It has been an honor to provide free meals to firefighters through our cooking trucks and at our locations near areas severely affected by the fires,” In-N-Out said on its Instagram page.
KFC
KFC is served free of charge Kentucky dishes To first responders, including law enforcement officers, members of the emergency medical services, members of the fire services, and “military personnel participating in relief efforts (who carry their first responder ID),” a statement from the company said on Friday, 12 January. 10.
The free dishes are available through Monday, January 20 at participating area restaurants. A list of participating restaurants is available on KFC's website.
Norm
The Southern California-based restaurant chain is offering firefighters and police officers a free entrée until January 12 at 11 p.m., its website says.
This offer is not valid at its Las Vegas location.

Shake Shack
First responders can get a free Shackburger at any Shake Shack location in Los Angeles County through Sunday, January 12, the company posted on X on January 8.
The burger is “a little thank you for all you do,” the post read.
Sizzler
Sizzler sites The cities of Van Nuys, Los Feliz, Palmdale and Culver City, California, are offering free meals to firefighters and evacuees.

“Please come in for a free warm meal,” Sizzler posted Thursday afternoon on Facebook and X. “Just let the cashier know you are here for the fire relief meal,” the post said.
Meal options include a 6-ounce steak, 6 jumbo crispy shrimp, or a Malibu chicken entree, plus a side and a fountain drink.
