Sports media personality Skip Bayless She was accused of repeatedly harassing a former Fox Sports hairstylist, who allegedly offered her $1.5 million to have sex with him.
In a lawsuit filed on Friday, January 3, in Los Angeles and obtained Front office sports, Nousheen Faraji — who was an employee at Fox Sports from 2012 until August 2024 — says the behavior began when she started working at FS1 Undisputedwhich Bayless co-hosted alongside Shannon Sharp From 2016 to August 2024.
Bayless allegedly made a financial offer to Faraji after she told him she had ovarian cancer in an attempt to ward off his advances. In response, Bayliss said he could “change” her life.
“The more you say no, the more I want you,” Bayless told Faraji, according to the lawsuit.
During its existence UndisputedFaraji alleged that Bayliss was hugging her and kissing her on the cheek while placing his body on hers and pressing her breasts.
Faraji, a single mother, claimed she told Bayless several times that she was not interested and was not “dating at work.”
Additionally, Faraji alleged that Bayless made an offensive remark about her background when she tried to thwart his actions.
“Mr. Bayless made further advances toward Ms. Faraji,” the lawsuit said. “Ms. Faraji responded: “Skip, stop, you have a wife.” Mr Bayliss replied: “Aren’t you a Muslim?” Doesn't your father have three to four wives? Mrs. Farji replied that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayliss looked surprised, she made an excuse to leave. (Baylis has been married to Ernestine Sclafani since 2016.)
According to the lawsuit, Faraji filed several complaints with the human resources and employee relations departments while working at Fox.
In a statement to Front office sports“We take these allegations very seriously and have no additional comment at this time in light of this pending lawsuit,” Fox Sports said.

Undisputed It was canceled in August 2024, although no mention of inappropriate behavior by Bayliss accompanied the announcement. Faraji says she was fired by Fox Sports shortly after the show was cancelled.

“Although Ms. Farji was an excellent hairdresser and constantly requested talent, her ability to appease Mr. Bayliss was diminished, and once Mr. Bayliss was gone, so was her job,” the suit says.
The lawsuit also alleges that Bayless accused Faraji of having sex with Bayless' ex, Sharp, 56 Undisputed com. cohost.
Faraji alleges that Bayless apologized for the accusations against Sharpe in 2023, admitting they were untrue.
Sharp himself responded to the lawsuit on Sunday, January 5 On his podcast “Nightcap”..
“This has nothing to do with me,” Sharpe said. “It's not happening. What do you want me to say? This has nothing to do with me. So, there's nothing to address.”
