The billboard appears to have gone up in celebration of the Bills' playoff game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday. Steinfeld was in attendance for the game, which the Bills won 31-7. Allen said Steinfeld was “absolutely amazed” by the proposal, gushing, “It's an incredible feeling to be engaged to someone so special, loving, caring, wonderful, fun, and happy.”
