A new era of business innovation, made possible by Genetic AI, NEC Business Intelligence, Ltd.

Nearly 10,000 man hours are saved annually in producing promotional emails using AI + RPA created, 7&I HOLDINGS LIMITED (You:)
When sending promotional emails to 7iD's approximately 35 million members, there were two problems: the cost of time and significant expense involved in creating the emails, and the effectiveness of improving open rate (the percentage of emails opened). These problems are solved using AI and RPA. As a result, production time is reduced by approximately 10,000 hours per year, and outsourcing costs are reduced by approximately 84%. Additionally, the open rate of emails improved by approximately 103%.
Building Material Selection Assistant Using “Tile AI”, TileLife Co., Ltd.
This is a website where you can easily search for the tiles you want using a dialog format with AI that specializes in tiles that goes beyond the tile manufacturers. 28 tile manufacturers have already joined (more than 30,000 products), so there is no need to compare multiple catalogues. Designers and architects can significantly reduce the time they spend choosing tiles and focus on their creative work. In the future, through multilingual AI-based support, they aim to provide convenience and enjoyment in choosing tiles in the global tile market, which is more than 300 times the size of the Japanese tile market.
Democratizing Generative AI – Everyone can use generative AI to create a new form of work that will unlock the future, Lion Corporation.
At LION, they had been promoting the use of generative AI from its early stages, with the management team committed, but they faced the problem of increasing needs of each department and development not being able to keep up. Therefore, they have provided a tool that ordinary employees can develop on their own cloud. As a result, many use cases have been created, and AI agents are being created that lead to increased operational efficiency and quality. In the future, they will promote the “democratization of generative AI” and gain competitiveness to realize their management vision.
Developing a unique AI system for schools to enhance educational activities, Kudan High School
Amid the growing demand for digital human resource development using generative AI, they developed the “Otomoto” generative AI system, which is suitable for use in middle and high school education. This system provides an environment where all students can choose and use the LLM model without age or usage restrictions and supports safe and effective learning. Examples of its use include supporting optimal individual learning for students, and it reduces the burden on teachers by simplifying the preparation of teaching materials. This system contributes significantly to improving the quality of education.
