FBI chief announces his departure while awaiting confirmation of Trump's selection

Director of the FBI Christopher Wray has announced his plans to step down from his position at the end of the Biden administration.

Fox News learned just moments before the announcement that Wray will make the announcement during an FBI meeting in Washington, D.C., during which thousands of FBI employees are expected to join virtually across the country.
