“This is how Russia tried the war – Soudha, the Kursk region, the Russian region, an internal school with civilians preparing to evacuate,” wrote.
“A Russian air bomb. They destroyed the building, although dozens of civilians were there.”
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army published on Telegram that four people have died and that 84 civilians were rescued, adding that “the strike was intentionally.”
Ukraine launched a tendency to lightning in Oplast Russian Corsak last August, and took Russian border guards by surprise.
The government in Kiev explained at the time that it had no intention to adhere to the seizure area, just because it was used as a bargaining in future peace negotiations.
Zelinski resembles a strike on Saturday, “How Russia launched the war against Chechnya decades ago. They killed the Syrians in the same way. Russian bombs destroy Ukrainian homes in the same way.”
While there was no official statement from the Kremlin, the Russian military blogger at least one claimed that the Ukrainian forces were behind the strike.
