Video shows the moment fireworks go off during a house fire in Spencer, Massachusetts, on Sunday.
No injuries were reported, but the fire destroyed two homes.
Spencer Fire and Emergency Services said two families “lost everything” and a third family suffered damage to their home.
The fire service added that two firefighters fell into the ice while trying to get water from a nearby pond to deal with the fire, as there are no water taps in the area, but they were not injured.
The cause of the fire is unknown and an investigation is ongoing.
